Voor onze locatie in Amsterdam zoeken wij een HR Manager die het HR-domein kwalitatief uitbouwt. Je stuurt een klein, professioneel HR-team aan en ondersteunt meerdere entiteiten met in totaal circa 100 medewerkers, die zowel globale als lokale rollen vervullen. In deze brede rol combineer je strategische impact met operationele kracht, en werk je nauw samen met de HR Director Western Europe én de Managing Director Nederland.   Kerntaken • Regie over en optimalisatie van het volledige HR-proces (workflows en documentatie): onboarding, offboarding, administratie, contracten en budgetondersteuning. • Monitoren en ondersteuning van de HR-jaarcyclus, inclusief performance- en talentmanagement. • Zorgen voor naleving van Nederlandse arbeidswetgeving en interne HR-beleid. • Begeleiden van het volledige verzuimproces volgens de Wet verbetering Poortwachter. • Coördinatie van payroll met onze externe payrollprovider. • Ondersteunen van internationale mobiliteit. • Optreden als HR-businesspartner voor managers en teams. • Coordineren en uitvoering van recruitment. • Waarborgen van datakwaliteit en HR-rapportages in Oracle HCM. • Intensieve samenwerking met Finance, Legal en Global stakeholders.   Profiel • Bachelor- of masteropleiding in HRM, Bedrijfskunde, Arbeidsrecht of vergelijkbaar. • Brede HR-ervaring in een internationale of matrixorganisatie. • Kennis van Oracle HCM en/of ADP is een plus. • Sterke kennis van Nederlandse arbeidswetgeving en payrollprocessen. • Ervaring in een zelfstandige HR-functie, bij voorkeur met leidinggevende verantwoordelijkheid. • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels. Responsibilities
The HR Manager will oversee and optimize the full HR lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and payroll coordination for approximately 100 employees. They will act as a strategic business partner to management while ensuring compliance with Dutch labor laws and internal policies.
