About the role We are currently seeking an experienced HR Manager/ HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team at Adecco's Seoul office. What you’ll be doing The HR Manager will be the primary go-to person for the Regional HR leader and the country management team members in respective business areas on all strategic HR topics. The incumbent will serve as a thought partner for the stakeholder group and comprehensively support the Regional HR Leader in driving the HR transformation agenda in the country. The incumbent will support the ‘colleague journey’ (get, keep, grow, enable, inspire) and act as the link to bridge meaningful needs of our people and business deliverables. Working with the Regional HR leader, the incumbent will equip each of the country leaders to generate greater value and delight to our customers Be an active thought partner to the Regional HR Leader and Country management team on all strategic HR initiatives, such as Strategic Workforce Planning, Critical Roles Succession Management, Structured Capability Building, Productivity Planning, People budget etc. Talent Attraction, Development and Retention: Partner with respective line managers and directors on hiring needs and requirements. Handle full spectrum of recruitment process (advertising, screening, shortlisting, selection, offer management). Manage and administer effective qualitative and operational onboarding and offboarding process including exit interview and analysis Liaise with various polytechnics and universities on internship opportunities and take charge of campus recruitment and outreach programs if applicable Have a relentless focus on talent management and succession planning of key talents and position holders. Understand the needs of the business and people to create a meaningful and relevant development plan for talent development using the 70-20-10 principles. Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on employee headcount and recruitment status Execution of HR projects such as Annual/ Quarterly employee satisfaction survey. Plan and execute quarterly and ad-hoc employee engagement activities. Performance Management: Implement & manage periodic performance review process Play an active role in facilitate manager to set up SMART goals that linked to the company and country strategy. Ensure the practice of embedding on-going feedback mechanisms. Coach managers to take corrective actions when performance is not satisfactory. Compensation and Benefits Participate in compensation review cycles. Support business to design relevant Short-term Incentive program to motivate and drive performance Benchmark through networks and support, and collaborating with regional and global rewards colleagues in coming up with appropriate pay for performance practices Act as a checker to ensure the accuracy of payroll computation HR Policy & Administration Subject matter expert for all local HR regulations, policies and issues and escalations to respective parties Work with other team members to Handle employees' enquiries on company's HR policies, procedures, benefits, employment certifications and verifications Support adherence to all business-related audits HR data and analytics Be conversant in HR data and people analytics to represent all people insights supported by meaningful qualitative and quantitative data Job Requirement A minimum of 10 years’ HR generalist/ HR Business Partnering experience in a multi-unit, multi-national environment Customer orientation & relationship management - ability to work and interact with people in various levels and build entrust relationship Communication - Strong interpersonal communications skills, including influencing and ability to encourage innovation Ability to coach, mentor and advise where appropriate to help employees grow and develop in alignment with business and personal goals Fluent in English – Strong communication skills both written and oral /verbal and presentation skills Project management - Management of simultaneously running projects, clear communication with involved stakeholders, delivery according to set deadlines Driven and pro-active with a hands-on mentality and a positive attitude. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize work and achieves desired results in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment University degree or equivalent business experience Certification in HR a plus
