Position: HR Manager – HR Operations
Location: Home Based – with attendance to London based offices
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WILL INCLUDE:

  • Strong experience of managing a team
  • Ability to influence at all levels across a multi sited organisation
  • Ability to handle HR employee queries with professionalism.
  • Ability to work within tight and conflicting timeframes
  • Knowledge and experience of Data Protection procedures, in line with GDPR
Responsibilities

As a HR Manager you will Relations at Rendall & Rittner, you will:

  • Manage the administration of the full employee life cycle
  • Provide training and day to day guidance for HR Admin team
  • Oversee the HR admin shared inbox
  • Develop, streamline and implement HR processes
  • Escalation point for complex queries
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Right to Work legislation
  • Proactively keeping up to date with employment legislation changes and support in the development of HR policies and procedures
  • Responsible for ensuring team KPIs are met
  • Oversee TUPE transfers, both in and out, with ER TeamExcellent knowledge of HR systems to access, input and report on data
