QUALIFICATIONS

• 8–15 years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Familiarity with HR systems, tools, and data-driven HR practices.
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English and French.
• Experience in industrial, resource, or heavy industry sectors is an asset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our corporate team. This is a key role overseeing core human resources functions, supporting both corporate and operational employees. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding) for diverse positions across operations and corporate functions.
• Partner with management to deliver strategic HR support, including workforce planning, performance management, and career development.
• Develop and implement HR initiatives and policies that foster employee engagement, retention, and organizational growth.
• Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent resolution of workplace issues.
• Drive learning and development initiatives, including leadership and skills training programs.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and organizational standards.
• Contribute to HR reporting, analytics, and continuous process improvements.
