WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for an HR professional with solid experience and a practical approach. You are comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and have a good understanding of collective agreements. To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience in Human Resources
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar HR role, ideally within a manufacturing setting
• Familiarity with collective agreements; negotiation experience is a plus
• A track record in talent management, employee relations, and HR operations
• Experience in an international company or matrix organization is an advantage
• Fluency in Finnish and English
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively

OUR ROLE

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to join our Supply Chain HR team, supporting our IITTALA factory and Hämeenlinna distribution center. In this role, you will lead the HR functions and initiatives at both sites, ensuring the effective implementation of our policies and practices while supporting the day-to-day needs of employees and managers.
This position requires time spent at both locations to build relationships and provide support, with some flexibility for remote work.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Reporting to the VP, HR, Supply Chain, you will play an important role in supporting the operations and people at our operations in Iittala and Hämeenlinna. You will work closely with managers, employee representatives, and external partners to ensure smooth HR operations and a positive workplace culture. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing guidance to line managers on HR-related matters
• Implementing and monitoring Fiskars Group’s global HR policies and ensuring legal compliance
• Collaborating with employee representatives and fostering constructive relationships
• Supporting recruitment, including working with external agencies to secure needed personnel
• Acting as the payroll contact for the sites, managing communication with the outsourced payroll provider
• Driving employee development and competence-building initiatives
• Coordinating performance management and internal communications activities
• Developing local HR practices to support business goals
