Recruiting with foresight

• You are responsible for the entire recruiting process, from the job posting to successful onboarding.
• You develop creative ways to attract suitable talent to our company.
• You conduct job interviews and selection interviews and support managers in the decision-making process.
• You strengthen our employer brand and contribute new ideas for modern recruiting.

Effective personnel development

• You develop concepts and measures for the professional and personal development of our employees.
• You will be involved in conducting feedback, development, and employee reviews.
• You support managers in developing their teams.
• You design processes and tools for modern performance and talent management.

HR and organization design

• You develop and optimize HR processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle.

This is what you bring with you

• A completed apprenticeship or degree related to human resources management, economics, psychology or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in recruiting, personnel management or personnel development.
• A good sense for people, communication, and interpersonal dynamics.
• The ability to think strategically as well as implement pragmatically.
• A structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working.
• Enjoyment in taking on responsibility and actively advancing new topics.
• A confident handling of digital tools and modern HR processes.
