Accountability Collaborate with the SEA HR Manager and Senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. Provide guidance in developing and executing HR policies specific for Traze in Indonesia Market Strategic HR Planning Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s objectives. Support SEA HRM with the execution of HR policies and initiatives in specified regions. Talent Acquisition and Management Oversee recruitment and selection processes to acquire top talent. Actively source talents, ensure suitable candidates (CVs) are presented to hiring managers in a timely manner. Implement talent management strategies, including succession planning and performance management. Support managers in talent assessment, development, and retention. Employee Relations and Engagement Manage employee relations matters, ensuring fair application of policies. Organize employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment. Address employee concerns and grievances, conducting investigations as needed. Compliance and Legal Matters Stay updated on labor laws and HR best practices in Indonesia Ensure company compliance with local labor laws Collaborate with legal counsel on HR-related legal issues. HR Operations and Administration Oversee HR operations, including payroll and benefits administration. Maintain accurate HR records and documentation per legal requirements. Manage operation costs , HR budgets and resources effectively. Stakeholder Management Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Collaborate with regional and global colleagues for consistency in HR practices. Act as a trusted adviser on HR matters to senior management. Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in HR expertise and Managerial level. Excellent people management skills and being a trusted advisor able to build good relationships amongst stakeholders, team members and peers Strong problem-solving skills, objective oriented Attention to detail, spirit of striving for excellence; Multitasking and able to complete assigned task within deadline Able to handle work pressure; being resilient and intergrity An effective communicator with a good command of English Good initiative, ability to manage/resolve conflict, adaptability with change and cultural diversity
