We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our client’s team at their site in Cloughmills, Ballymena. The role will involve recruitment and selection, performance measurement, providing HR guidance, supporting HR processes and to be able to help the team to thrive.
Pay Rate: £14 per hour - Salary negotiable depending upon experience

• Manage our recruitment and selection process.
• Organise and carry out inductions for new employees.
• Monitor and maintain sickness absence records.
• Arrange and carry out back to work meetings with employees.
• Managing long-term sickness through implementation of Sickness Absence Policy
• Carry out investigations and participate in disciplinary / grievance hearings to ensure that company procedure is always adhered to.
