HR Manager
We’re looking for a self-starting, hands-on HR Manager to build and lead the HR function at Innovative Environments (IE). As a department of one, you’ll own all aspects of the employee experience—from hiring and onboarding to compliance, culture, training, and strategic people initiatives. You’ll collaborate with leadership and HR consultants to shape our workplace culture and ensure we attract, develop, and retain top talent.
This role is perfect for an HR professional who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial settings and enjoys being both strategic and tactical.

TALENT ACQUISITION & ONBOARDING (30%)

• Manage job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer letters
• Oversee background checks and facilitate a seamless onboarding experience
• Keep job descriptions current and aligned with business needs
