JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our dynamic HR team. EXPERIENCE

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on presentation skills.
  • Experience or coursework related to human capital management, talent acquisition, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Knowledge of data analysis techniques for effective decision-making within HR functions.
  • Proficiency in using various HR software platforms such as ADP, Paychex, Dayforce, Kronos, UltiPro, Taleo, SAP SuccessFactors, or Ceridian is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

DUTIES

As a Human Resources Intern, you will be responsible for assisting with a variety of HR tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Supporting the recruitment process through sourcing candidates and conducting initial interviews.
  • Assisting with employee orientation and onboarding processes to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization.
  • Participating in talent management initiatives, including performance evaluations and succession planning.
  • Collaborating with senior leadership on strategic planning and organizational design projects.
  • Conducting data analysis and collection to support HR programs and initiatives.
  • Assisting in the administration of employee benefits, payroll, and workers’ compensation programs.
  • Supporting conflict management efforts by facilitating communication between employees and management.
  • Engaging in training and development activities to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Utilizing HRIS systems such as Workday, Oracle HCM, or PeopleSoft for data entry and reporting purposes.
