Full job description

• Lead and oversee daily HR operations, policies, procedures, and compliance.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee development, performance management, and appraisals.
• Supervise Senior HR Executives and HR team members, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
• Handle employee relations, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
• Prepare and review HR reports, advise senior management, resolve HR issues, and maintain employee confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of HR experience, preferably in the construction or contracting sector within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and WPS payroll procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR management software.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality
