Description
HR Manager Rensposibilities Steer the HR function for the company as HR Business Partner to the Managing Director and the leadership team. Provide HR solutions that align with company’s business needs and corporate HR Strategy. Bring local requirements into regional/global HR processes and represent Greece in European HR projects. Ensure HR compliance with Greek labor law, company guidelines, and corporate governance. Lead, develop, and engage employees in line with the ODs requirements & company values, ethics, and sustainability commitments. Support audits and ensure compliance with company governance. Lead Talent acquisition & Management (Recruitment, Hiring, Learning, Development) based on BU demands. Manage annual salary review processes & ensure competitiveness in the Greek labor market. Oversee HR administration in collaboration with the central Hub (contracts, payroll interface, time/leave management, employee records). Manage HR Services, headquartes and sites. Monitor labor cost, headcount development, and workforce-related risks. Act as local representative in employee surveys and engagement programs. University degree in human resources, psychology, law, or similar qualifications 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources Fluent in local language and in English, both orally and in written IT literate Availability to travel Demonstrate customer focus Effective communication Collaborate for achievement An opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-growing organization.
