As an HR Manager, your role is to ensure consistent HR processes across the organization by: Acting as a strategic business partner to the DC management team across all areas, fostering strong teams and supporting their development. Driving the implementation of JYSK HR strategies, concepts, and principles within the DC. Promoting a strong focus on performance management by providing guidance and sparring with the management team. Collaborating with and supporting managers on HR-related matters, ensuring visibility and accessibility. Analyzing, reporting, and taking action based on key HR data and KPIs. Ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies. Strengthening employer branding by engaging DC employees in promoting JYSK as an attractive workplace. Preparing, conducting and monitoring the Employee Satisfaction Survey (ESS) in DC Monitoring and adjusting compensation and benefits packages Ensuring a professional recruitment process with particular emphasis on potential from within the organization Ensuring that performance management tools are in place and the appropriate managers know how to use them: MYPIPELINE and MYDEVELOPMENT Coordinating the onboarding process for new employees Providing appropriate training at DC, including Train The Trainer Monitoring Work Environment KPIs (WE) and ensuring constructive cooperation with H&S Being an ambassador of JYSK Values and Leadership qualities (JYSK VALUES, JYSK LEADERSHIP) WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU? Minimum 3 years of experience in a position as HR Manager/HRBP High level of knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken (minimum B2) Success in the recruitment, training, organization and implementation of projects conducted so far and in supporting managers in their daily challenges related to people management High interpersonal skills, cooperation skills and the ability to communicate and build good interpersonal and team relationships Motivation to work with people and provide them with opportunities to develop The ability to express opinions and question the status quo, Leadership qualities desired in JYSK Management Positions Willingness to travel internationally on business trips: 20-30 days in the first 2 years, then up to 20 days.
