Human Resources Manager – Medellín, Colombia Kaseya Fully onsite position: Cra. 43A #6 sur 26, El Poblado, Medellín, El Poblado, Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia Position Overview Kaseya is seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to build and lead all HR functions for our operations in Medellín, Colombia. Key Responsibilities HR Department Development: Establish and structure the HR function for Kaseya in the Medellín region, including designing processes, policies, and procedures compliant with Colombian labor laws and Kaseya’s global standards. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Lead recruitment initiatives to attract top talent, manage the interview and selection process, and oversee onboarding to ensure new hires are set up for success. Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, addressing concerns and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Mediate conflict resolution and ensure fair treatment across the organization. Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems, coaching managers and employees on goal setting, feedback, and professional development. Compensation & Benefits: Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs in line with local market practices and Kaseya’s policies. Compliance: Ensure full compliance with Colombian labor laws, regulations, and reporting requirements. Maintain all employee records and company policies accordingly. Training & Development: Identify training needs and implement programs to support employee growth, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. HR Analytics & Reporting: Utilize HR metrics and data to inform strategic decisions and report regularly to regional and global leadership. Culture & Engagement: Champion Kaseya’s values and contribute to building a strong, engaged, and high-performing team in Medellín. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity; experience in building HR functions from the ground up is highly desirable. Demonstrated knowledge of Colombian labor laws and HR best practices. Experience in the technology sector or a fast-growing multinational company is an advantage. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English (written and spoken) required.
