Description

KDV Zonnelicht is looking for a committed and independent HR Manager who thrives on developing people and the organizational culture. This is a broad, all-round role for someone who enjoys switching between vision and execution: from inspiring colleagues about personal development opportunities and presenting Zonnelicht at job fairs and education exhibitions, to the careful structuring of HR processes.

About Sunlight & Lotus

Zonnelicht distinguishes itself through its neo-humanistic vision of development, upbringing, and cooperation. Compassion, empathy, and respect form the starting point in contact with children, parents, and each other.

At Zonnelicht, we believe that true growth occurs when practice and theory go hand in hand. Zonnelicht is the dynamic practice where we stand in the world with the children every day, consciously and respectfully. Lotus Training is our own academy where we shape the theory, in-depth study, and awareness.

Together, we offer a unique multi-year development program (a 3-year traineeship) for pedagogical professionals, fully focused on craftsmanship, personal development, and pedagogical leadership.

Important pillars within Zonnelicht are:

  • Contribute to a harmonious society where connectedness is central.
  • Sustainability and ecological awareness: an active, loving relationship with people, animals, plants, and the environment.
  • Continuous personal growth, awareness, and pedagogical professionalization.

What we value in our new colleague

  • Affinity with neo-humanist values and a genuine interest in consciousness, personal growth, and people-centered work.
  • The ability to look at people and situations with calmness, objectivity, and reflection.
  • Sensitivity to culture, group dynamics, and maintaining a healthy, professional work atmosphere.
  • The desire to contribute to an environment where development, connection, and respect are palpable.

Your responsibilities

Binding, engaging & internal growth

  • Inspiring pedagogical professionals within Zonnelicht.
  • Connecting practice (Zonnelicht) with theory (Lotus Training) by familiarizing colleagues with the training offerings and the 3-year traineeship.
  • Identifying development needs and advising on suitable pathways.
  • Organizing a smooth onboarding process, employee gifts, anniversaries, and bonding team activities.

Recruitment & the external face

  • Coordinating the recruitment and selection of new colleagues.
  • To be the active face of Zonnelicht at job fairs, education fairs, and open days to enthuse potential colleagues.
  • Writing and posting job vacancies in which you clearly convey the interplay between our practice and Lotus theory.
  • Screening candidates and structuring the application procedures.

HR advice & organizational development

  • Advising managers on various personnel issues.
  • Contributing ideas regarding personnel policy, sustainable employability, and organizational culture.
  • Supporting and providing professional guidance regarding performance, absenteeism, and development trajectories.

HR Operations & Administration

  • You enjoy setting the direction, but you roll up your sleeves just as easily for the HR basics.
  • Drafting employment contracts and personnel documentation.
  • Carefully and GDPR-compliantly managing personnel files and monitoring laws and regulations.

This is you

  • You are an independent HR professional who easily switches between thinking and doing, takes ownership, and maintains an overview.
  • You are a strong communicator and approachable.
  • You get energy from structurally shaping HR further within a growing organization.
  • You have a strong affinity with neo-humanist philosophy; you believe in an ecological, conscious approach to people and the environment and seek a work environment where these values form the basis.
  • You have experience in HR, preferably in childcare, education, or a similar people-oriented environment.
  • You have up-to-date knowledge of HR processes, employment law, and personnel development.
  • You preferably have an HR-related education (preferred).

This is what we offer you

  • A meaningful role with a direct impact on the personal development of colleagues, for the benefit of the children of Zonnelicht.
  • Room to further shape HR and help build the structure.
  • Attention to your own professional and personal development.
  • Terms of employment and salary classification in accordance with the Collective Labour Agreement for Childcare (scale 9).
