This role is an excellent opportunity to develop your career further, reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible to provide timely and accurate advice and guidance with a strong focus on recruitment and workforce planning.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Master’s degree in commerce/human resources
  • Previous experience in a business environment, ideally in a leadership or strategic support role
  • Experienced in the interpretation of Industrial Awards and Enterprise Bargaining Agreements.
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting investigations and resolving employee issues, concerns, and workplace conflicts
  • Proficiency with the Definitiv HR/Payroll platform
  • Proven ability to effectively manage stakeholder relationships and deliver constructive, positive outcomes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with the ability to influence others
  • Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
Responsibilities
  • Managing talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding, as well as advising and assisting other Managers in applying sound recruitment and selection practices
  • Developing and implementing performance management systems to plan, appraise and improve individual and team performance
  • Handles investigation and resolution of employee issues, concerns and conflicts
  • Supporting internal communications and cultural initiatives that align with KEE’s values and strategic direction.
  • Preparing employment contracts and associated payroll paperwork
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to understand up and coming workforce planning requirements, develop solid working relationships, provide up and coming recruitment support, and any other needs required
