OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources and demonstrate proficiency in dealing with outside HR (Peninsula). The Human Resources Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping our organisational culture and working standards ensuring that our HR practices align with business objectives. Our key aim is to enhance company standards .

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience as a Human Resources Manager.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as BrightHR.
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex information effectively.
  • Experience in managing teams and supervising staff members is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information clearly to various stakeholders.
  • A solid understanding of employment law and best practices in human resources management.
  • Great experience in conducting 1-1s, investigations, disciplinaries and appeals.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

  • Coordinate training and development programmes to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Maintain accurate records within HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Conduct and help departments heads carry investigations, disciplinaries and appeals.
  • Updating contracts, handbooks and inductions processes.
