You will have the responsibility for executing our strategy in human resources, learning & development, and various cultural initiatives. In this role, you will see the company grow the headcounts, and you will be tasked with ensuring that growth only has positive impact on all our people. We do this by using technology to empower 10,000+ real estate agents and 100's property developers by connecting them to millions of prospective buyers previously beyond their reach. \n What a day at work for you will look like You will work closely with the senior management team in building the human capital strategies and tactics Lamudi needs to achieve its goals. You will strengthen our culture by organizing and executing team-building events and keep company culture top of mind You will bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues Develop plans for a variety of HR matters, such as compensation, benefits and performance management. You will ensure compliance with employment laws, government agencies, and company policies and procedures through top notch administration processes Is this you?
