JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting various HR functions, including employee relations, payroll management, and training development. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.

EXPERIENCE

  • A degree/diploma (or equivalent) in HR, or related experience is a MUST
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in human resources or a related field is MUST.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities
  • EXCELLENT in the recruitment process, including posting job openings and managing applicant tracking.
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Manage payroll inquiries and coordinate with the accounting department, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and employee/contractor payments.
  • Facilitate employee relations by addressing concerns and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with management to implement change management initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Develop and deliver training programs that support employee development and performance improvement.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation in compliance with employment standards and company standards.
  • Participate in project management activities and with other Regional Managers to support HR initiatives and improve operational efficiency.
