Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY:

As the HR Manager (m/f/d), you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing all HR functions. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and programs, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. The successful candidate will be a dynamic leader with excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record in HR management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager (m,f,d) or in a similar leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive employee relations
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skill
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Analyze trends and metrics to inform HR strategy and initiatives
  • Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates
  • Manage payroll processes and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees
  • Oversee leave of absence programs, including tracking and compliance with relevant laws and company policies
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding programs for new hires
  • Address employee relations issues, conduct thorough investigations, and provide solutions
  • Promote a positive work environment and handle conflict resolution effectively
  • Oversee the performance management process, providing guidance to managers and employees
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure the implementation of performance improvement plans
  • Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Implement career development and succession planning initiatives
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and changes in employment legislation
  • Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
  • Conduct employee surveys and stay interviews, using feedback to drive continuous improvement
