Baxter Healthcare is seeking a strategic and influential HR Manager to champion our People & Culture agenda across Manufacturing and Coordinated Supply Chain ANZ. In this pivotal role, you’ll partner closely with the Toongabbie Manufacturing Plant and Coordinated Supply Chain teams to drive initiatives that strengthen culture, leadership capability, performance, and employee engagement. Your work will directly impact how we recognise and empower our people. As a trusted advisor to the Senior Leadership Teams across Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain, you’ll provide expert counsel to achieve business goals and navigate complex challenges. Your ability to influence senior leaders, coach for impact, and build strong relationships will be key to success. Responsibilities Partner with Directors to drive effective organizational alignment and processes Take charge of change management initiatives in partnership with Senior Leadership teams Drive an effective reward and recognition strategy to reinforce our culture and desired behaviours Align people requirements and structure with business needs and developments Provide mentorship on performance management to People Leaders, including training programs in partnership with L&D Coordinate HR Calendar activities such as Talent Review & Planning, Employee Engagement Surveys, Annual Compensation Review, and headcount/payroll budgeting Manage HR activities across the employee lifecycle Cultivate a welcoming and diverse work environment, encouraging employee involvement and welfare Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational development and change management initiatives Supervise the workers' compensation process for Manufacturing and Supply Chain Manage development plans and succession planning across the business Key Requirements Tertiary qualifications in HR or related fields Ideally 6+ years of experience in a Human Resources environment Strong business acumen and judgement Experience in providing HR and employee relations advice in a complex global environment Proven experience in influencing company culture and leading culture change programs Strong leadership and influence skills with the ability to inspire change Strong project management skills with a results orientation Capability to define, translate, and implement an organization’s strategy effectively Ability to deal with ambiguity and prioritize under pressure. #li-baxgen #LI-JB1 #ind-aus Equal Employment Opportunity Baxter is an equal opportunity employer.
