REQUIREMENTS:

• Must hv experience in manufacturing industry
• Degree holder preferably in HR Management.
• Minimum 5 years in managerial capacity and preferably in manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations, HR best practices, C&B analysis and training related function.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
• Meticulous, flexible, open-minded and possesses positive attitude.
• Hands-on and be able to engage the teams.Knowledge and experience in handling Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) requirements is an advantage.
