Company: Marsh Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Human Resources team at Marsh. This is a Melbourne based role and a 12-month Fixed Term Contract for a parental leave cover. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. HR Manager We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to support People Managers across all Marsh businesses in the Pacific Region. HR Managers coach, support and advise People Managers, aiming to develop and enhance the quality of people management throughout the colleague lifecycle, and therefore have a direct and positive impact on the quality of the colleague experience across Marsh. We will count on you to: Provide day-to-day HR support to People Managers, assisting with queries and escalating complex matters to senior HR colleagues for support. Responsibilities
