  • Recruitment & Staffing:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with department heads for staffing needs.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for employee issues and conflict resolution.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives and feedback mechanisms.
  • Handle disciplinary actions and grievance procedures in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Performance Management:
  • Develop and manage performance appraisal systems.
  • Support managers with coaching, feedback, and performance improvement plans.
  • Monitor employee productivity and suggest improvements.
  • Training & Development:
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
  • Organize workshops, seminars, and other development initiatives.
  • Compliance & Policy Management:
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.
  • Maintain and update the employee handbook and HR policies.
  • Handle labor law audits and manage reporting requirements.
  • HR Analytics & Reporting:
  • Maintain HR records and generate regular HR reports and metrics.
  • Use data to drive HR strategy and decision-making.
