Description
As the HR Manager for Mexico, you will act as a strategic business partner to the local management and be accountable for local HR operations, ensuring that all HR initiatives support local business goals and the broader A2MAC1 Group strategy. You will be responsible for driving the HR agenda and ensuring compliance with both local regulations and global standards. The ideal candidate has a generalist HR background HR with hands-on leadership. Scope: ~100 employees in the region, 1 direct reports Tasks & Responsabilities Partner with business leaders to support operational and strategic objectives through effective people management and HR practices Design and implement local policies in accordance Group policies Ensure employee life cycle effectiveness, in line with Group policies: Drive recruitment, being responsible for countries’ recruitment plan, working closely with the global talent acquisition function to meet targets Lead onboarding of new hires Implement global and local performance and talent development initiatives Ensure compensation fairness in line with Group’s compensation strategy Drive employee engagement initiatives Act as a change agent to support organizational transformation and growth in a dynamic business environment Monitor and report on HR metrics to inform decision-making and drive functional excellence Oversee compliance with local labor laws maintaining the highest standards of integrity and ethics Professional Background Bachelor degree or above Over 10 years of international generalist HR background Industrial sector knowledge is a plus Skills & Abilities Team player Good international communication skills Ability to operate at both strategic and operational level Ability to challenge & drive change Business orientation High sense of accountability Fluent in English & Spanish
