Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment of production workers, technicians, engineers, supervisors and managerial staff, from sourcing through selection and joining.
• Develop job descriptions, salary structures and selection criteria; coordinate technical assessments with top management.
• Organize onboarding, employee documentation, visa coordination and induction, including safety and quality requirements.
• Establish HR policies, attendance and performance management processes, training plans and employee retention initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven HR and recruitment experience in manufacturing, preferably metalworking, machining or medical device production.
• Ability to recruit both skilled factory workers and managerial staff through local and overseas recruitment channels.
• Strong workforce planning, interviewing, candidate assessment and salary negotiation skills.
• Practical knowledge of UAE employment requirements, visa processes and HR administration.
• Strong communication, organization and employee relations skills, with the ability to establish HR systems for a growing factory.
