Currently seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join the team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the firm’s growth by providing strategic HR support and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
  As a HR Business Partner, your role involves delivering HR services to the legal professionals and support staff within the business. You’ll oversee various aspects, including employee relations, talent management, performance reviews, and the implementation of HR policies. Your knowledge of employment laws and strong interpersonal skills will be crucial in maintaining the firm’s commitment to excellence.

ARE YOU WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

Given the scope of the role and level of experience it will require, it is essential that the successful individual possess a minimum of 4-5 years of experience from a similar industry, confident and capable in their abilities with all things HRBP, across IR and ER matters. Exceptional communication skills are a must-have, allowing you to successfully communicate, manage and direct all levels within the business, including Senior Executives. A solutions-focused and people-centric approach to work will support the ability to resolve issues and conflict with ease, understanding all sides of any issues, as well as build strong rapport and relationships along the way.
