The Role
We are a leading e-liquid and vaping products company actively seeking an HR Manager to join our rapidly expanding team in the Middle East. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic, forward-thinking individual who relishes a new challenge. As our HR Manager you will be someone who is attentive, organised, professional, confident and is able to communicate with all roles throughout the company. Main Duties and Responsibilities: • Develop and implement recruiting procedures, strategy and framework • Manage the recruitment process end-to-end, working closely with departments to support their recruitment needs • Search for and enforce new sourcing methods to find best-fit candidates • Attend career events and job fairs • Create and maintain talent pools for future opportunities • Reinforce a culture of performance, meritocracy and diversity in line with established corporate objectives, policies and procedures • Advise hiring managers on proper interviewing methods • Create and implement an onboarding process to assist new employees transition into their roles • Define job description and key performance indicators for every role, posting job adverts, screening and scheduling interviews, coordinating interviews, conducting references and negotiating offers • Review, design and deliver a full suite of employee benefits including pay scales and benefits packages • Liaise with the leadership team to develop a comprehensive organisational design and structures • Revisit the JDs of current staff and develop well defined KPIs and KRAs. Ensure they are communicated to the employees • Using the Business Strategy as frame of reference, identify gaps in the organisation structure and recruit for the roles • Perform organisational diagnostics from a people’s perspective to assess the organisation’s current state and discover ways to solve problems, meet challenges, and enhance performance • Lead all people development interventions including setting up the learning and development program, individual/leadership/executive development programs, talent review and succession planning • Identifying and retaining key talent across the organisation • Consult with managers on performance management (including performance issues, disciplinary processes and terminations, etc.), staffing plans, key selection decisions and strategies, compensation plans and other issues • Develop a Performance Management System and help line managers review team performance and provide constructive feedback • Use HR information systems to gather people data and insights • Lead the employee engagement initiatives focusing on transforming and strengthening our values and championing the behaviours that define our culture • Ensure that the company’s procedures comply with employment regulations • Handling any disciplinary processes and formal grievances
