Make a difference as HR Manager Netherlands Lead the HR Business Partner team in the Netherlands; Act as a strategic HR sparring partner for senior management; Translate strategy into action, guide transformation and support leadership development, talent management and succession planning in the Netherlands; Manage end-to-end HR service delivery with international HR BP teams, HR Operations and HR Centers of Expertise; Manage local HR priorities such as health & safety, benefits and works council relations. You report to the VP HR and work closely with various business stakeholders in a dynamic and evolving environment. What you bring as a future colleague You are a driven, analytical and social thinker who aspires to lead and deliver and easily oversees complex situations. You are a team-player that can work in a global organization and are able to deal with people at all levels of the organization. Building connections, working together and ensuring objectives are realized is what motivates you, and you like to work with teams with quality, efficiency and process optimization as key words. Most likely you have at least several years of experience in a senior hr manager or hr business partner role, you easily connect with others and you have a good understanding of hr processes. Guiding people in change, both within HR and within business teams, is what you consider as an exciting challenge and your general HR experience makes you ready to lead change. In short, you: have a minimum of 9 years professional experience in a broad range of hr roles and hold a University degree; are able to lead others, with and without authority, in a changing business context; enjoy a role in which you both develop and deliver hr business partnering; have an analytical mindset and, if needed, you’re willing to get into the details of processes to improve; have proven stakeholder management capabilities at all levels; are a team player with high integrity with a personal and professional point of view; are proficient in English and Dutch language.
