We are currently looking for HR Manager of West EU , the details Job responsibilities as below: 👤 Who You Are: We are a global automotive company focused on innovation and sustainable mobility. As part of our continued expansion in Europe, our France subsidiary plays a key role in driving regional growth and operational excellence. We are seeking an experienced HR professional to support our local organization and ensure compliance with French labor law and corporate HR policies. As a member of the West EU Team, you will report directly to the West EU regional GM. 🎯 Key Responsibilities: 1 HR Operations & Administration Oversee end-to-end HR operations (employment contracts, onboarding, probation management, offboarding) Ensure compliance with French Labor Code and local collective agreements Manage payroll coordination with external providers Maintain accurate HR records and reporting 2 Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Lead recruitment activities for commercial, technical, and support functions Develop local employer branding initiatives Partner with hiring managers to ensure timely talent acquisition Manage relationships with recruitment agencies 3 Employee Relations & Labor Compliance Manage employee relations matters, disciplinary procedures, and terminations Liaise with employee representatives (CSE – Comité Social et Économique) Support collective negotiations when applicable Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations 4 Performance & Talent Management Implement performance management frameworks aligned with HQ Support annual appraisal and bonus review processes Identify training and development needs Drive employee engagement initiatives 5 Compensation & Benefits Support salary benchmarking and compensation review Manage local benefits programs (insurance, pension, meal vouchers, etc.) Ensure compliance with social security and tax requirements 6 HR Strategy & Reporting Provide HR insights and workforce planning support to management Prepare HR reports and headcount analysis Support organizational restructuring when required 💼 What You Bring: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related field 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a multinational environment. Strong knowledge of French labor law and HR compliance. Experience managing employee relations and working with CSE. Fluent French and English required. Commercial mindset, strong communication skills, self-starting and hands-on.
