Purpose & Scope: The HR Manager, Operations and Labor Relations, plays a key role in supporting and partnering with manufacturing leadership to drive HR strategies and solutions in a unionized environment. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle in a manufacturing facility. As an HR subject matter expert, the HR Manager will guide leadership on HR processes and strategies to foster a positive, engaging, and productive workplace culture while ensuring legal and regulatory compliance. A strong focus on labor union relationships, collective bargaining, and conflict resolution is essential for success in this role. Additionally, the HR Manager will leverage workforce data and analytics to drive informed decision-making, optimize HR strategies, and continuously improve HR and business outcomes.
