Role Summary
We’re seeking a Senior HR Coordinator / HR Manager to support the HR and administrative needs of our healthcare practice. This role handles day-to-day HR functions including recruiting support, onboarding, payroll and benefits administration, employee relations assistance, and compliance tracking. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable balancing HR responsibilities with administrative tasks in a healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Support

  • Schedule and coordinate physician and employee interviews.
  • Assist with employee hiring, onboarding, and terminations.
  • Maintain employee records and update handbook/policies.
  • Track and coordinate employee training, compliance certifications (HIPAA/OSHA/CPR, etc.).
  • Support performance review process and maintain related documentation.
  • Assist with employee relations by handling first-line questions and routing issues appropriately.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities (recognition programs, cultural initiatives, staff events).

Compensation, Benefits & Payroll

  • Prepare and process payroll inputs (new hires, terminations, changes, timecards).
  • Verify employee benefits enrollment and eligibility.
  • Support COBRA administration and disability claim processing.
  • Respond to routine employee benefits/payroll inquiries.

Administrative Support

  • Draft, route, and maintain physician and employee agreements.
  • Maintain HRIS (Paychex)/ATS and ensure data accuracy.
  • Generate reports on headcount, turnover, training, and compliance as needed.

(Optional) Credentialing

  • Oversee physician credentialing operation

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
