This role is hands-on, collaborative, and central to delivering a great employee experience across payroll, benefits, compliance, employee relations, and HR operations. Career Growth Opportunity: If you’re currently an HR Coordinator with 3–5 years of experience and ready to take the next step, we’d love to help you grow into an HR Manager role. What You’ll Do Be the go-to partner for employee HR questions and guidance Manage payroll administration (run via third party payroll administrator) and benefits processes (including Paylocity HRIS) Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion Keep policies, compliance, and reporting up to date Partner on onboarding, open enrollment, and company-wide HR initiatives Look for ways to make HR processes more efficient and employee-friendly What We’re Looking For 5–8 years of HR experience (Manager/Generalist/Operations) or 3–5 years at the Senior Coordinator level with a growth mindset Experience with payroll, benefits, and HRIS (Paylocity a plus) Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law basics Problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and process improvements High EQ and communication skills that build trust across all levels Additional Information Nolan Living is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
