Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 + Bonus (up to 20%)
Schedule: Full-time | On-site

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience managing HR and payroll, preferably within the construction industry
• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach
• Familiarity with certified payroll and prevailing wage regulations (preferred but not required)
• Experience with payroll systems (e.g., Paycor, Paycom, or similar) and process improvement initiatives

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead full-cycle HR operations including recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance
• Manage and mentor team members supporting HR and payroll
• Ensure compliance with prevailing wage laws and oversee certified payroll processes for construction projects
• Guide and implement the payroll system transition from Paycor to Paycom
• Collaborate with company leadership to align HR strategy with broader business goals
