Description Position: HR Manager Department: Human Resources Reports to: Senior Vice President, Human Resources Position Summary: Leads the Daily HR Operations. Primary Responsibilities include Leading: The Audit & Compliance Functions, Benefits & Compensation Programs, Management Liaison, Strategic alignment of Human Capital with Business Goals / Oversee: Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Fostering a Productive and Inclusive Culture. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Audit Management Liaison - Serve as the primary point of contact for Internal & External Audits and Compliance Matters. Benefits Administration. Compensation Management including Payroll oversight. Oversee in-house Recruiter and aid in employee retention. Oversee in-house Talent & Development Manager. EE Performance Issues and Performance Review Process. Employee Experience: - Conflict Resolution. - Wellness. - Employee/Company Events. - Ombudsman for Employees. Strategic Planning / Management Liaison. Overall Supervision of Four (4) person HR Department. Knowledge and Skills: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field; or equivalent education and experience. Years Prior Human Resources Management & Compliance / Audit Experience. Knowledge Local, State & Federal Employment Laws & Regulations related to Employee Matters. Proficiency in HR Processes, HRIS Systems & Apps (i.e. ADP, Paylocity) & MSOffice. Strong Organizational, Analytical & Problems Solving Skills Attention to detail and ability to align HR Programs with Company Goals Ability to Communicate Effectively with all Levels of Personnel and exhibit emotional intelligence. Effective Conflict Resolution and Fostering an Environment of Trust. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to work comfortably in a paperless environment. Physical Requirements: Ability to hear. Ability to speak clearly. Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
