Reporting to the Head of HR you'll lead a small team while driving learning, leadership and performance initiatives across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 3 HR professionals
• Design and implement learning and development programmes 
• Drive leadership, capability and organisational development programs
• Provide HR generalist and employee relations support
• Coach leaders through complex people matters
• Support change, wellbeing and inclusion initiatives
• Partner with senior stakeholders across the business

About You

• Strong HR Manager or Senior HR with strong L&D focus within recent roles
• Proven experience to design and deliver L&D programs 
• Experience across organisational development and performance frameworks
• Strong employee relations and case management skills
• Confident influencing and partnering with senior leaders
• Experience within education, NFP or large complex organisations highly regarded
