KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualified
  • Strong and up-to-date knowledge of employment law
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving and communication skills
  • Excellent change-management experience
  • Proactive attitude
  • Strategic thinking
  • Proficiency with HRIS (preferably Dayforce)
Responsibilities

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

Phoenix enables digital transformation in the workplace, empowering UK organisations to innovate and transform with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, data, AI, security, and collaboration tools.
We are now very excited to grow that team further by hiring a new HR Manager who can be hands-on with managing all aspects of human resources practices and processes.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership in driving HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Help foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Address employee issues, grievances, and disciplinary procedures in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Help design and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and employment regulations.
  • Maintain and update employee handbook and HR policies.
  • Manage internal audits, HR documentation, and personnel files.
  • Track HR metrics and provide reports to senior management.
  • Use data to inform decisions and improve HR practices.
