SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team in the UK on a FTC basis. This pivotal role will contribute significantly to our mission by overseeing HR functions that support our innovative approach in the vitamin and supplements market.

Responsibilities
  • Build the brand, values and culture aligned with business goals.
  • Manage talent acquisition and onboarding of employees.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Oversee employee orientation and work with the Business process and training manager on all training programs.
  • Keeping Policies, processes and procedures up to date
  • Facilitate performance management processes across the organization.
  • Address employee relations issues with professionalism and care.
  • Plan, organise and lead on any disciplinary or grievance meetings
  • Staff engagement surveys issued annually
  • Coach line managers
  • Oversee Annual leave
  • Overall Absence management
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on organizational design initiatives.
  • Utilise HRIS systems for effective data management- and making sure the business is GDPR compliant
  • Provide monthly reports- payroll, headcount etc
  • Ensure charity engagement with our chosen charity
  • Support with social events for the team
  • Any other reasonable tasks required from the Senior management team
  • Qualifications/Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or CIPD Level 5 qualified as minimum.
  • Proven experience in HR management, preferably in a start-up environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws,
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Experience with HRIS systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent time management and decision making
  • Pro-active, self starter
