  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree is a plus.
  • 10+ years in HR, with at least 6 years in a managerial role.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruiting.
  • Familiarity with Saudization policies and practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES

  • Lead talent acquisition and recruiting efforts.
  • Develop and implement Saudization strategies.
  • Conduct performance management and employee development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and present reports on HR metrics and recommendations.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture and employee relations.
