QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Educational Background: Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of HR experience for Executive roles; 5+ years for Manager roles.
  • Local Knowledge: Strong understanding of Singapore employment laws and regulations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and ability to maintain confidentiality.

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to attract top talent.
  • HR Operations: Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with local employment laws.
  • Employee Engagement & Development: Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Policies & Compliance: Develop and update HR policies, ensuring compliance with MOM regulations.
