Title: HR Manager Position Overview: HR Manager is responsible for leading and managing all HR functions across multiple construction/project sites. This role ensures HR strategies align with business objectives while integrating strong Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) practices into people management. Job Description: Lead and manage end-to-end HR functions across multiple construction/project sites. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business and operational goals. Oversee manpower planning, recruitment, workforce deployment, and performance management processes. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company regulations, and industrial relations practices. Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary cases and conflict resolution. Integrate and enforce Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) principles into HR policies and daily operations. Participate in incident investigations and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions. Lead, coach, and develop the HR team while fostering a collaborative, fair, and safety-driven work culture. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resources, Engineering or related field. Minimum 10 years of HR experience, preferably in mining or construction industry. Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law and industrial relations practices. Proven experience handling employee relations and disciplinary cases. Solid understanding of end-to-end HR processes (recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits). Good understanding of HSE principles in project-based or site operations. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experienced in multi-site operations and willing to be assigned across project locations.
