HR Manager Location: Phuket Workplace Type: Onsite About the Role Radisson RED is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead all human resources functions for our hotel in Bangkok. This pivotal role is responsible for cultivating a thriving workplace culture, attracting and retaining top talent, and ensuring seamless HR operations. You will partner closely with department heads to drive employee engagement, foster professional development, and uphold the hotel's commitment to exceptional service. The HR Manager will be instrumental in shaping a high-performing team aligned with Radisson RED's innovative brand and business objectives, ensuring compliance with all local labor laws and company policies while championing employee well-being and growth. Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees to ensure a positive experience. Develop and implement robust employee relations strategies to foster a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment, addressing concerns and grievances effectively. Manage the performance management cycle, including goal setting, regular feedback, and performance improvement plans, while supporting succession planning and talent development. Identify training needs and coordinate comprehensive learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Administer compensation and benefits programs, conduct salary benchmarking, and ensure accurate payroll coordination and HR data management. Ensure strict adherence to Thai labor laws and company policies, maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation, and preparing insightful HR reports and analytics. Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with hotel operational needs and business goals, promoting a strong service culture. Champion employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and company values to build a cohesive and motivated team. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a closely related field. A minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong preference for experience within the hospitality or hotel operations sector. In-depth knowledge of Thai labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices, ensuring full compliance. Proven experience in managing the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compensation & benefits. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and a strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Fluency in both English and Thai, both written and spoken, is essential for effective communication. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
