This standalone generalist role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Reporting directly to the Chairman, you’ll work closely with senior leaders across our four divisions—Construction, Maintenance, Design, and Business Support & Legal—to shape an exceptional workplace.
From recruitment and employee relations to payroll, training, and compliance, you’ll drive key HR initiatives while maintaining a strong link between office and on-site teams.
If you’re CIPD qualified, confident in UK employment law, and comfortable managing the full HR remit, this is your opportunity!
