• 5+ years HR experience, including 2+ years in Dubai real estate
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws
• Excellent leadership and communication skills

ROLE

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with real estate expertise in Dubai to lead our Team , drive recruitment, and support our growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Lead recruitment and talent management
• Oversee employee relations, training, and development
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws
