• Independent and proactive driving of innovative optimization ideas in the areas of recruiting, employer branding and employee support.
• Comprehensive support for a select group of employees in all human resources matters.
• Participation in operational HR work

You bring the following with you:

• You have a completed degree in business administration, economics, or a comparable economic field; alternatively, you possess a comparable qualification.
• Ideally, you are qualified as a human resources specialist.
• They already have initial professional experience in human resources. 
• They have knowledge of labor law.
• You are characterized by a high degree of discretion and excellent communication skills.
• Good German and English skills
