WE’RE SEEKING AN ACCOMPLISHED HR MANAGER!

We’re looking for an experienced HR professional to join our office in Clearwater. This role offers the opportunity to balance day-to-day operational excellence with strategic vision while working closely with company leadership and our dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist. Your efforts will ensure we attract, develop, and retain top talent in support of our organizational goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3–5+ years of combined strategic and hands-on HR experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred
  • Thorough knowledge of employment laws and best practices
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems (experience with Gusto is a plus)
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to balance HR strategy with day-to-day execution
  • Background in construction, home improvement, or service industries a plus
