JOB SUMMARY

This role provides HR expertise across the full spectrum of HR functions, driving critical HR processes, championing initiatives that foster a high-performance culture while maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations across APAC.

EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE

• Holds a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR business partner role, ideally within a fast-paced global organization.
• Possesses strong experience, with a deep understanding of the cultural nuances, employment laws, and HR practices across APAC.
• Experience in Workday.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, AND ABILITY

• Demonstrates exceptional business acumen and the ability to align HR strategies with the organization’s commercial objectives.
• An influential communicator, capable of building strong relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional teams across diverse markets.
• Experienced in data analytics and reporting to measure the impact of HR initiatives and drive continuous improvement
• Good change management expertise, possess the knowledge and experience managing organizational changes effectively
• Professional, high motivation to succeed, focused and resourceful in problem solving.
• Growth mindset, flexibility, objectivity, and integrity.
• Ability to motivate, influence, and coach people at all levels.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin- speaking, writing, reading and listening. Proficient in Japanese and/or Korean would be an advantage.
• Must be willing and able to work flexible hours to accommodate different work schedules.
• Able to travel to countries within APAC occasionally.
