HR Manager

Job Location : Sharjah, United Arab Emirates

Key Deliverables :

• Lead end-to-end human resources operations, talent acquisition, and workforce forecasting.

• Ensure strict alignment of all internal policies and employment contracts with UAE Labor Law and MOHRE guidelines.

• Direct employee onboarding, visa processing, work permits, and administrative compliance.

• Formulate, implement, and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and corporate HR policies.

• Drive employee engagement programs and foster a productive, service-oriented culture within a dynamic leisure setting.

• Advise executive management on workforce relations, performance management, and organizational development.

Applicant Credentials :

• Educational Credentials: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Work Background: 6 to 10+ years of progressive HR management experience; strong background in hospitality, leisure, recreation, or retail is highly desirable.

• Language Skills: Professional fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is a major advantage.

• • Core Competencies: UAE Labor Law, MOHRE compliance, visa processing workflows, policy creation, workforce planning, and cross-cultural employee relations.
