POSITION

At Loro Piana, we are looking for a committed HR Manager who will be responsible for all the HR practices and processes for our Retail and Wholesale departments. In this role, you’ll coach managers to improve workforce performance and support them in talent, engagement, efficiency, and change. You will be able to interface effectively with professionals at all levels of the organization. Your strengths include a keen eye for business, effective communication and influencing skills, flexibility, critical thinking, planning, project management, and thriving in fast-paced environments. Your role involves talent development, support in reaching business objectives, organizational design, compensation, and leadership development, and finding suitable solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goals, guaranteeing the most effective deployment from HR to all the Regions.
  • Drive a 360-approach in management people, spreading empowerment culture, identifying strengths, and coaching talents across the organization whilst implementing development and performance improvement
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, hire, and retain top talent, working closely with the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Monitor the HC budget and define forecasting needs. Prepare monthly and annual reports in collaboration with the HR Operations & Administration Team
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and well-being.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.
  • Ensure proper implementation of compensation and benefit policies; handle annual reward review process; identify retention risks and draw actions.
  • Manage employee disciplinary actions and terminations in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and programs.
