Our client, a diverse Manufacturing company is seeking a hands-on HR Manager to oversee the HR function and partner closely with Business Leaders.

Responsibilities

The HR Manager role covers HR Operations across the full employee lifecycle, with key responsibilities including:

  • Provide advice on a range of HR matters, coaching and guiding managers
  • Manage Talent, from Recruitment to Succession Planning and Retention
  • Partner with leaders on Performance Management
  • Support with Workforce Planning
  • Support managers with Award interpretation and advise on the relevant Award
  • Develop and implement HR processes, policies and procedures
  • Support with onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Oversee Payroll
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders
  • Provide insightful HR data and analytics
  • Take the lead on HR projects
